Jazz and I competed a total of 10 times in Open A in Canada and the US - Jazz placed High in Class with first placements, 9 out of 10 times. His scores were consistent, with a high of 199.5 (out of a possible 200) at one trial. We never finished below the mid 190's. He is quite the amazing boy and I have incredible memories that will last a lifetime. What a guy! What joy he's brought into my life! I love him with all my heart!

Jazz finished his AKC Open Obedience title in November 2008 and the Whidbey Island Kennel Club show in Monroe, Washington.

and a great big grin from his momma- this was for his title at the Whidbey Island show in November 2008

Jazz's first place, 'first' AKC open leg

and here we are at the Mount Cheam show - Jazz thrilled me with an absolute beautiful performance and a score of 199.5...quite the achievement for my Novice A dog --

Above is a win pic at the Mount Cheam show Sept 27, 2008 where Jazz and I earned First place in Open A with a score of 197.5 under Judge Marion Postgate

here we are with Judge Karen Brearley at the Oceanside Kennel Club finishing our title in fine style! Again, we placed first in our class!

Isn't he cute?

A really thrilling weekend all around - Jazz finished first in his class to earn his first two Open A legs AND two Rally Novice B legs - both with PERFECT SCORES of 100 on the same weekend -- love this shot of all those beautiful blues blowing in the breeze!

We finished our CD in Canada in High Style...with a HIT at the Canadian National Specialty in May 2007

I thnk we all look kinda thrilled in this shot....I call Jazz's rosette his 'prom dress'

Our second HIT a week later at the All Breed show in Victoria, BC

Our first leg toward our CD in Canada Novice A HIC with a score of 198.5! Jazz and I took another HIT for our second leg and third leg. It was QUITE the debut for me in Novice A with my bestest boy!

RHIT at the Enumclaw Regional Specialty- under Judge Alan Immerman

Jazz and I doing our 'demo' at the Regional Specialty-- it was a total thrill to show off my boy in front of the large conformation crowd!

and here we are with Jazz's Auntie Alley and her owner Tony Kim. Tony and Alley took HIT at the Specialty (we took RHIT :-))

not the best shot of me or Jazz - but another wonderful win- HIC at the Chuckanut show in November 2007

Some more....

Rally Excellent -- first place for all three legs and his title!
